8-Hour Prepaid Supervised Visitation

This product provides eight (8) prepaid hours of supervised visitation services through Heart & Justice.

This option is commonly used for recurring visitation schedules and ongoing supervision needs. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable court orders and Heart & Justice Rules, Policies, and Expectations. Supervision remains structured, neutral, and child-focused at all times.

Hours may be scheduled based on supervisor availability and court-authorized visitation schedules.

Prepayment is required prior to scheduling
Hours are non-transferable
Subject to supervisor availability
Court orders govern all visits

Payment, Scheduling & Refund Terms

This prepaid service reserves supervisory availability and allocates staff resources in advance. As a result, prepaid supervised visitation hours are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not the full time is ultimately used.

Unused hours do not entitle the purchaser to a refund. Scheduling remains subject to supervisor availability, court authorization, and compliance with Heart & Justice policies. Services may be delayed, modified, or declined if safety concerns arise or required documentation is incomplete.
